Refund policy

At Healthcare Shop PK, we strive to provide quality healthcare products and excellent customer service. However, if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our refund and returns policy below.

Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging.
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Medical supplies that have been used or have an open seal for health and safety reasons

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and send your item to:

Please note:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
